I refute the reviews that Pagudpud Tour CAN BE taken by TRICYCLE (Oh noh! It cannot be!).

Leano Tour Package is so far the cheapest you can get with friendly drivers/ tour guides-P6,500 for Laoag-Pagudpud-Laoag-Vigan-Laoag-Airport with 2 overnights (in Pagudpud and Vigan, but food & accommodation are exclusive) for only P813/pax.

DAY 2

Call time 6:00 am so we can leave the pensionne h. early and make the most of it!

"Ang tulog nagagawa sa Manila". And i was referring to waking up early and NOT sacrificing the good night sleep, of course, it is the time to charge for another loong day ahead! but still, we started the ball rolling past our call time.

9:00am St. Andrew Bell Tower Ruins @Bacarra

10:30am Cape Bajeador Light House

*Do not buy windmill souvenirs from here, it is costly. Buy in the next stop-

11:30am Bangui Windmills

*Don't forget to wear your SPF 50++ when going out @this time. And reach Bangui Windmills as early as possible or during sunset so you would enjoy the sight. We didn't have much pix taken, coz literally, the heat was excruciating.

12:45pm Checked-in @ Uddon's Homestay in Saud Beach, Pagudpud

the place wasn't as we have expected, it has 2 rooms, yet only one room has a/c, the adjacent room shares with its coolness through a small space between them.

but then again, for P2,500 (which could accommodate up to 10 persons), the house would do just fine, like what I've said anyway, it is just a sleeping quarter. other home-stays there are cheaper but has no a/c.

1:30pm Everybody was starving, as recommended by K.Harrold, we drove in to Papa Nard's for lunch, and we waited for like 10 years before our meals were served. poor service I should say. it took them that long because they ran short of rice and they didn't even tell us!

Bantay Abot Cave (but actually, it wasn't a cave! it was more of an arch at the seaside brought about by sedimentation and perhaps metamorphosis.

6:00pm Trekking to Kabigan Falls according to a local, it is a 30-minute walk... whew! arduous road it was! we just splashed and took few shutters and lo! goodbye then walk back again... and it was too dark, only cellphone flashlights helped us on our way...

*arrive at the falls before sunset so the walk will be worth it!
